We went to this restaurant on Saturday afternoon to enjoy a good spread of Buffet lunch. The expectation was high and the ambience was wonderful. We sat outside as weather was pleasant. The mocktail was nice and the spread of the buffet was good. We enjoyed the desserts very much but was disappointed about the service. We went there at around 2:30 PM and suddenly at around 3:10 PM the manager informed us that as Buffet is closed at 3:00 PM we should get the dessert quickly. We went inside to find out that all the main course was already withdrawn and only desserts are remaining that too cake spoons were missing. This was really disappointing as we were thinking of repeating one or two special dishes in main course. My complain here is why we were informed after the main dishes were withdrawn. We could have been informed before 3:00 PM very easily. This is really disappointing from such a reputed hotel and especially when the buffet price is on higher side. We go to many hotels and in similar situation Sheraton had informed earlier. I give 3.0 as rating because of that.
